The sweepstakes is invite-only. It is open to MyPrize account holders who received a direct invitation from MyPrize by email ("Invited VIPs") and who meet all of the following:

• Are 18 years or older, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher.
• Live in a location where MyPrize sweepstakes play is permitted, as listed on MyPrize.us: Supported states.
• Have a MyPrize account in good standing throughout the sweepstakes period.

Employees of MyPrize, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The sweepstakes begins at 3:00 PM ET on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

There are two ways to enter. Both methods are treated equally in the drawing.

Method A: Gold Coin purchase. During the Sweepstakes Period, each eligible Gold Coin purchase made by an Invited VIP earns entries as follows:

Each purchase is counted separately, and multiple purchases during the Sweepstakes Period stack independently. Entries are credited automatically to the purchasing account. Purchases that are refunded, reversed or charged back will not earn entries, and any entries already credited for them will be removed.

Method B: Free web form (no purchase necessary). Invited VIPs may enter free by completing the online entry form at https://forms.gle/FpFGYMtiWKbABB1W6. Each completed form earns 2 entries. The number of entries awarded reflects the estimated time needed to complete the form. Only one form per person per day will be counted, up to a maximum of 30 forms during the Sweepstakes Period. Additional forms submitted on the same day will not earn entries. Forms must be complete and include the email address associated with the entrant's MyPrize account.

General. Playing games, watching streams, chatting or any other activity on MyPrize does not earn entries. Entries may not be bought, sold, traded or transferred. Use of automated systems, scripts, multiple accounts or false information to enter is prohibited and will void all of that entrant's entries. Incomplete, late, illegible or corrupted entries will not be accepted.

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place between November 1 and November 7, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be contacted by the MyPrize VIP Team by telephone, using the phone number on their MyPrize account. Entrants are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.

To claim the prize, each potential winner must, within two (2) days of the date of notification:

• Respond to the notification.
• Sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release.
• Complete and return the tax documentation requested by Sponsor (W2).

If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, fails to return all required documents within two (2) days, is found ineligible, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. No more than three (3) alternate winners will be selected for any prize, after which that prize will remain unawarded.

Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a travel voucher with an approximate retail value of $2,500 USD. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $5,000 USD.

• The voucher can be used for travel and expires one (1) year from the date it is issued. Any unused balance after expiry is forfeited.
• Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied.
• Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, substituted, assigned or transferred. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion.
• All federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and all other costs not expressly included, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Limit one (1) prize per authorized account and one (1) per household.
• No individual may receive prizes from MyPrize sweepstakes totaling more than $2,500 per month.

Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize each winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use the winner's name, address (city and state/province), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes, without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. These rules are in addition to the MyPrize Terms of Service: https://myprize.us/info/terms-and-conditions.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules or the Terms of Service, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. If the sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it and, where permitted, award prizes from eligible entries received before the event.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates and the prize provider from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

Any disputes will be resolved as set out in the MyPrize Terms of Service.

Winners will be posted here for the month of November by first name only to ensure privacy to our players.
