How and why should I provide personal information to verify my account?

To comply with all local regulatory requirements and maintain responsible gameplay, users must verify their account prior to taking certain actions. 

To place a bet or make any deposits, you must confirm your account information by providing the following: 

• Name
• Phone number
• Address
• Date of birth

To withdraw funds, bet more than $2,000, or give tips, you must verify your identity by providing the following information: 

• Identity document

To verify your account: 

1. Click on the Account Profile icon in the top right corner of your account
2. Click on 'Account Verification'
3. Click 'Start'
4. Enter the requested information 

Accounts are typically verified within 5 minutes.

In some cases, we may request additional information if we are unable to verify your account using the information above.
