There are a few reasons why your deposit may not have gone through immediately.
- Network Traffic: A short delay is common. Typically the delay shouldn't be longer than a few minutes, but it may take up to an hour.
- Mismatched Token and/or Network: If you transfer a different token or use a different network than the one(s) you select on the 'Deposit' screen, we will not receive your payment. This may result in a loss of funds.
- Incorrect Wallet Address: If you transfer funds to a different wallet address than the address displayed on the 'Deposit' screen, we will not receive your payment. This may result in a loss of funds.
You can always check on the status of your deposit. If the status says 'Pending', that means your deposit is processing and will be complete as soon as network traffic resolves.
