You must wager the amount of USD you receive from bonuses at least once before you can cash it out or use it for tips. This is known as a playthrough requirement.
Therefore, your withdrawable balance will only include USD that has met the playthrough requirement. As you play more games, your withdrawable balance will increase.
To see your progress towards achieving any playthrough requirements and choose where to apply your wagers:
- Click on the Wallet icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Underneath your balance, click 'Choose where to apply your wagers'
- Review your balance's breakdown and corresponding playthrough progress
- Select the desired part of your balance to apply first
